About the event
Organisations are investing more than ever in leadership, culture, and talent. There’s no shortage of frameworks, programmes, or initiatives.
And yet, in many cases, it isn’t translating into consistent leadership or meaningful performance in the way people expect.
Across organisations, the pattern is less about capability and more about how things connect. Strategy, culture, leadership expectations, and development are often all in place, but they’re not always aligned in a way that reinforces each other. Leaders end up navigating mixed signals about what matters, what good looks like, and where to focus.
The result is that effort doesn’t compound. It fragments, and the impact of otherwise good work gets diluted.
This session looks at that full picture through the lens of organisational coherence, and how alignment across the system shapes leadership capability and ultimately determines whether organisations are able to deliver on their strategy.
